I'm Rajan Seriampalayam. Three decades leading enterprise transformation across tech and other industries, including a Director role where I became the person every decision waited on. I've sat where you're sitting. I know what it costs to carry that, and what it takes to lead differently.
What I kept seeing, in myself and in the leaders around me, was the same pattern: capable people get promoted, then quietly get stuck. Not because they weren't good enough. Because no one teaches you how to lead at this level. That gap is exactly where I work.
I work with Directors and VPs who are high-performing, overextended, and ready to lead without losing their edge, their team, or themselves. My approach is direct, practical, and built around you: your team, your dynamics, your blind spots. It runs on the SHIFT Leadership Framework, my own model, earned from doing the work rather than borrowed from a textbook. Not theory. The specific shifts that move you from operator to leader.

I'm a Certified Executive and Leadership Coach, trained by the Center for Executive Coaching, and I hold to the ethical standards of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
